Mountain View RV Park

After leaving Alturas, we drove 100 miles to Mountain View RV Park in Susanville.

Susanville is one of our favorite little towns in northern California. We have always stayed at this RV park...when we first started coming here, it was new, but it is well kept up. Plus, they now have free WiFi, so I used that while we stayed here rather than setting up the Direcway dish.

While we were in Susanville, we did laundry, grocery shopping, washed and waxed the Honda and washed the Lazy Daze, and Earl went golfing at Diamond Mountain Golf Club. We also had dinner at the Apple Peddler and lunch at the Teriyaki House.

We also received all the paperwork from the realtor in Arizona who is listing the 20 acres we own, together with my sister, near Mobile (south of the Phoenix area, and east of Gila Bend). We've owned this land for over 16 years, and the price per acre in that area have increased significantly, so we figured this might be a good time to put the land up for sale and, hopefully, make a tidy little profit.
