Umpqua Discovery Center

We drove into Reedsport and had lunch at The Schooner, next to the Umpqua Discovery Center. After lunch, we walked over to the Center to take a tour. In one section, "Pathways to Discovery -- Exploring Tidewater Country" (to the right as you walk in) there are many beautiful full-wall murals (click on the "Next" button at the bottom of the page to see more murals) painted by Peggy O'Neal (click on "Murals" to see more murals in the Umpqua Discovery Center). I highly recommend visiting the Center...the murals, all by themselves, are worth the price of admission!
