The day after we received our new TV (1/20), we loaded the two TVs that were to be returned, into the truck and drove them over to the UPS center in Blythe. This center is only open one hour a day, from 10 AM to 11 AM.

We arrived early so that we could stop by Ace Hardware to buy packing tape to use on the two boxes. We had enough time before the UPS center opened to stop at K-Mart to pick up a few items and then after we dropped the TVs off, we did shopping at Albertsons.

We moved out to our permanent site at an RV park near Brenda this past Monday (2/1). Actually, the spot we're in now is not our 'permanent' site, since there is someone currently there who won't be leaving until the end of the month. Once they leave, we'll move to that site and then begin the preparations for leaving the fifth wheel here during the summer.

We're hoping we'll be able to leave here early in April and make a beeline to Oregon where we have our camper stored and begin our summer travels. A lot will depend on how quickly we can get a shed set up on our lot to store all the stuff we carry in the bed of the pickup, including the fifth wheel hitch and the bed cover.
